How do I book a session?
To book a session you will first have to contact me using the Contact Form to set up a pre-booking consultation. During this conversation we will discuss your session, your investment, answer any questions, etc. At which point I will forward you a contract and collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will be in contact as needed until the day of your session!


I have no idea what to wear or how to pose, will you help me?
Absolutely! My clients will always be guided throughout the whole process. From what to wear, how to prep your horse or pet, how to pose, and all the in between!


What happens after the session? When will I see my photos?
After your session, I will edit your images which usually takes 2 weeks. Occasionally, during busy seasons, this time will be longer but I will make you aware of that ahead of time!
We will schedule your reveal and ordering date, if we didn’t do so already. I will either come to you, we can meet at a mutual location, or you can come to my home office. We will reveal your session, check out samples, and order your art!
Once your orders are completed, I will deliver them to you or have them shipped to you!


What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule? Can my deposit be refunded?
I am a very understanding person, if you need to reschedule, let me know ASAP. I allow one reschedule with no additional fees however, you run the risk of losing your deposit if you do not reschedule within 6 months of the original day booked.
No, your deposit cannot be refunded. A deposit is taken because of the amount of time and planning goes into sessions. Child care, scheduling an assistant, and essentially planning life around my sessions. The only reason a deposit would be refunded is if I am the one to cancel a session due to me not being to shoot your session for some reason, which has yet to happen. If you need to reschedule and decide to contact me later to select a new date, you will lose your deposit after 6 months.


Do I get the digitals? I want to share them on Social Media!
Digital images are available as a stand alone product, they are not “included” but you can use the included print credit towards purchasing your digitals!
Web sized digital images are included with each print purchased. So if you get a print, canvas or an album, those portraits will also be delivered to you digitally to share online!
